Since our inception in 2009 our aim has always been to provide the highest levels of professional teaching and support whilst retaining the wisdom of ancient healers. As such we welcome and continue to work within the good practice guidelines of the UK Network for mindfulness-based teachers, which have been introduced to ensure the integrity of mindfulness courses by verifying the credentials of those offering mindfulness.
